The first day of practice for Cross Country Running is Monday, August 12th! We will practice from 9-11am at the TrekNorth Green Space. Bring your running shoes, a water bottle, snack, and watch/phone.

The required parent information meeting is this Wednesday, August 7th, at 6pm in the TrekNorth Commons. All interested students in grades 6-12 should plan to attend. Contact Coach Meehlhause with questions.
TrekNorth Sundogs spent 4 days visiting and learning all about the Washington, D.C. history and monuments as well as visits to Gettysburg and Mount Vernon. It was truly a great trip with some great kids!
All students planning to participate in TrekNorth athletics MUST have a sports physical on file within the last 3 years. Sanford Health will be hosting a sports physical clinic on August 1st and 8th from 5-7pm at the Sanford Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center. The cost is $60.

This awesome group of TrekNorth students is recoving from jetlag after an amazing trip to Europe! After Berlin, we spent time in Dresden, Prague, Krakow (including Auschwitz), and Budapest. During our last evening we took a boat cruise on the Danube River. Our tour guide, Aleksandra, was great. Rafael, our bus driver, took good care of our group. Thanks everyone for the awesome trip!
