Board meetings are held in the TrekNorth Commons on the third Tuesday of every month beginning promptly at 6:00pm, unless otherwise noted.
Finance Committee Meetings are held in the TrekNorth Commons 1/2 hour (5:30pm) prior to every regularly scheduled board meeting, unless otherwise noted.
Finance Committee Members: Chance Adams, Lydia Pietruszewski, Hillary Anderson.
The Board does not meet in December or July.

Board Nominations and Elections 2025
The TrekNorth School Board is seeking nominations for THREE teacher positions and TWO parent/community member positions. These are three year terms which begin in August 2025. The TrekNorth Board operates on a carver policy governance model where the board provides a framework for the Executive Director to achieve desired Ends/results.
Here are the current board members whose terms are ending:

Lydia Pietrezewski, Parent Position - Term Ends 06/2025
Hillary Anderson, Community Member - Term Ends 06/2025
If you are interested in nominating yourself, another teacher, or a parent/community member for the board, please fill out the attached nomination form by April 17 at 3:10. The form is attached as a Google Document (to make a copy for editing, please click on File/Make a Copy) or as a .pdf.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask any of our board members, or the election committee of David VanEngelhoven or myself. The timeline for the elections is as follows.
4/3/25 - Solicit board nominations and announce the election date.
4/17/25 - Board Nominations due
4/22/25 - Send out electronic ballots via survey monkey
5/13/25 - Ballots due and counted the committee
5/20/25 - Present the results at the board meeting
